They have horrible customer service and never even apologized. I do not recommend this place for a massage as they will most likely forget about your appointment and just leave you stranded. It was an extremely frustrating experience. ![]() I went through my phone call history and compared the number I called the other day to schedule these appointments to the number of the spa I was at, and they were the same numbers. She never even checked her schedule to see if we were booked and just shooed us away. She was rude and unfriendly and barely opened the door to speak to us and ending up closing the door right in our face. Finally, a person comes out and we tell here we're here for 3 massages, and she says we have the wrong place and that they're busy. We stood there for at least 10 minutes knocking on the door and calling the spa, not even able to get through on the phone. There are multiple open signs on the door and online it said they were open, yet the door was locked. We get there, right at 2 which was when they were scheduled for, and we try to open the door, and it's locked. This was something we had been looking forward to for days and had planned our entire day around it. Then I get there on time on the day my massages were scheduled with the two other people getting massages with me. They took my name, number, and said they had me all booked. I called to schedule 3 massages a day in advance of when I wanted to get them. Overall disrespectful and unprofessional experience. I have email proof of all the above and will gladly send it along to anyone in need. changing a price at the 11th hour when most other venues are already rented and reserved is outragous and an egregious way to conduct business. Today, 5/18/23, we were just sent a NEW quote from Steve (Port Management Theater) where the grand total ballooned from $5,912.88 to $19,200.76!!! We have 2 months until our event, and we have been blindsided. There was NO change to our event whatsoever besides the seating arrangement. ![]() We just had our second walk through 5/17/23 with Kristi and she confirmed everything from our initial quote minus a change to seating costs (adjusted for more seats). They kept trying to upsell us more time in the venue, which we did not need. Fast forward to March 2023 and we emailed Celina asking for directions to pay our deposit. Email communications continued with Celina throughout 8/2022 and we were given permission to postpone a down payment at the time. We had our first walk through with Celina in 8/2022 (with our event stated for 7/2023) and after seeing the space and discussing our needs, were given an agreeable estimate. If you are looking to rent this venue, I HIGHLY suggest you look elsewhere.
